管理喇嘛寺廟條例

喇嘛寺廟和喇嘛原由當地官署管理的，仍由各該官署管理，並受蒙藏委員會監督；北平等處原由中央主管機關管理的喇嘛寺廟，改由蒙藏委員會設專管機關管理，其他地區在認為有管理必要時，也可另設專管機關。

Lama reincarnation is limited to lamas who have previously reincarnated, and a lama who does not ordinarily reincarnate is not treated as reincarnated unless approved by the central government.

寺廟可按慣例酌設各項職任喇嘛。

The Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission may separately recommend rewards for lamas with high moral conduct or merit to the state, and recommend punishment for those who violate religious rules or laws.

喇嘛寺廟及喇嘛應向蒙藏委員會聲請登記。

The Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission grants lama certificates and degrees.

蒙藏委員會應擬訂關於喇嘛轉世、任用、獎懲、登記等辦法，並呈請行政院核定。

This provision says the条例 takes effect on the day it is promulgated.
