國防部軍醫局組織法

國防部為辦理國軍醫務及衛生勤務事項，設置軍醫局，並將其簡稱為本局。

本局負責軍醫相關事項的規劃、管理與督導。

本局可以因應前條事項，設分處、室辦事；並可視業務需要，在處、室下設科。

This provision states that the agency has one director and one deputy director, with specified rank classifications for each position.

本局為執行國軍醫務及衛生勤務事項，可以設立醫療機構及專業機構；其組織依編組裝備表定之。

This provision says the grades, ranks, and staffing numbers for the bureau’s positions are to be set separately in a staffing table, and that one of each office’s director or deputy director may, when necessary, be filled by a related medical professional at the appropriate level under the medical personnel personnel rules.

本局因業務需要，可以進用國軍聘雇人員。

本法的施行日期由行政院以命令決定。
