國防部全民防衛動員署組織法

The Ministry of National Defense establishes the All-out Defense Mobilization Agency to handle military mobilization and support all-out defense mobilization matters for the Executive Yuan and local governments.

本署負責國軍軍事動員、全民防衛動員協助、後備部隊與後備軍人管理，以及軍需物資、軍事運輸和相關整備事項。

本署得為前條事項分設處、室辦事，並可視業務需要在處、室下設科。

The agency has one director, one deputy director who also serves as executive director, and two deputy directors, with specified rank-equivalent job grades.

本署為執行全民防衛及軍事動員業務事項，得設機構及部隊；其組織依編組裝備表定之。

本署各職稱的官等（階）、職等與員額，另依編制表規定。

本署為執行全民防衛動員業務需要時，得報請行政院核准，並由行政院所屬機關（構）、直轄市及縣（市）政府派員進駐辦事。

本署因業務需要時，可以進用國軍聘雇人員。

本法的施行日期由行政院以命令 तय定。
