保衛國家安全及強化不對稱戰力計畫採購特別條例

This provision states the statute’s purpose: to build weapons and equipment for national defense, strengthen asymmetric capability and deterrence, improve resilience, and enhance joint combat effectiveness to safeguard national security.

本條例的主管機關是國防部。

國防部辦理軍事採購及相關建構計畫時，應依政府採購法及其他國防相關法令辦理，並依計畫性質提出詳實規劃；如涉及重大政策或整體戰力結構，還要擬具相關報告提報行政院核定。

This article defines “保衛國家安全及強化不對稱戰力計畫採購” as procurement carried out by the competent authority, its subordinate agencies/bodies, or the military, for items approved by the Executive Yuan under Article 5.

本條列出保衛國家安全及強化不對稱戰力計畫的採購項目，並要求特別預算案載明採購裝備、系統、數量、預算金額、全壽期維持成本及預計執行年度。

本條例及其特別預算自公布日起施行，並持續到中華民國一百二十二年十二月三十一日；期滿後未執行完的部分，必要時可經立法院同意延長。
