陸海空軍獎勵條例

符合功績、勞績或學術技能特有專長的陸海空軍現役軍人、軍事機關或團體，原則上依本條例給予獎勵；法律另有規定者除外。

現役陸、海、空軍軍人符合列舉事蹟之一時，可以頒給優勝獎章；軍事機關或團體符合前二至三款事蹟之一時，可以頒給獎狀。

Certain active-duty military personnel or military agencies/groups may receive a certificate, bonus, or merit commendation when they have one of the listed outstanding achievements and are not suitable for a medal or citation.

Certain non-active-duty military persons, non-military organizations, and foreign persons may be rewarded for listed military-support acts.

This provision assigns who approves military awards and related commendations, with different approving authorities depending on rank or award type.

獎勵命令應以書面發布或在集會中布達；受獎者如因故不能出席，得委託代表受獎。

When a medal is awarded, a license must also be issued; the medal may be classified into types and grades, and later awards may add stars in sequence.

在受懲罰處分中的官兵，如果符合獎勵規定，可以請求將處分全部或一部抵銷；抵銷後如仍有餘功，還可以再予獎勵。

If the award recipient has died, their approved but unissued medal, commendation, or certificate may be collected by a direct relative or spouse.

If a medal, license, or certificate is lost, a reissue may be requested; if the original is later found, it must be surrendered for cancellation.

獎章不得轉讓他人或用於抵借財物；違反者，獎章會被註銷，並可能受到相當處分。佩帶他人獎章者也要一併受處分。
