空軍勛獎條例

符合條件的空軍軍人，以及對空軍作戰與建軍有特殊貢獻的陸海軍軍人、文職官員或外籍人員，其授勛給獎依本條例辦理，除法律另有規定外。

空軍軍人在戰鬥中如有超越尋常的英勇行為或特異成就，得比照第5條至第9條的規定頒授勛章。

勛章、獎章、勛標、獎標的式樣標準，由國防部訂定。

總統頒授勛章；軍事最高機關頒給獎章，並以命令辦理勛標、獎標的頒發後層呈總統備案。
