軍人保險條例

This provision states that military insurance is implemented under this Act.

本條規定保險費率為每月保險基數金額的8%至12%，並分別規定精算、核定、繳付與政府補助方式。

符合特定繳費年限條件的被保險人，其保險費由國庫負擔；發生第3條所列保險事故時，仍可依本條例領取保險給付。

被保險人在六個月內因同一原因發生二種以上保險給付事故時，只能適用最高的一種。

Certain insured persons are not paid benefits in listed situations, and they or the beneficiary may apply for an interest-free refund of their own-paid premiums in some cases.

This provision defines “military personnel” as active-duty officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers.
