海軍服制條例

海軍軍人的服制依本條例規定。

When Articles 7 to 9 require evening attire, the summer version of that attire must be worn.

When receiving or meeting foreign heads of state, or attending ceremonies and banquets they attend, the required attire is the same as for the President.

Usually wear military service dress or military utility uniform, except when wearing formal dress, ceremonial dress, official uniform, or evening official dress.

軍常服分冬、夏兩種，穿用時間依國防部規定；特殊情形時，所在地海軍資深官可臨時指定。

海軍軍官和陸戰隊軍官在冬、夏常服時，必須穿指定襪子和鞋；陸戰隊軍官在冬季還可使用黃皮手套。

When Articles 4 to 10 require certain dress uniforms, public uniforms, or evening dress, military service dress may be worn instead.

In hot weather, summer military service uniform may be worn instead of ceremonial, official, or evening dress uniforms.

When wearing formal ceremonial or official dress, white gloves and black patent leather shoes must be used.

When wearing formal ceremonial or official dress, or when military service uniform is worn instead of required formal dress, a military sword must be carried.

When wearing formal ceremonial dress, the sword belt is tied outside the outer garment; when wearing military everyday uniform, it is tied inside the outer garment.

The listed naval, marine corps, and related service personnel must wear the uniform and insignia specified by this provision’s uniform chart.

Certain navy officers must wear the specified shoulder cord on the right shoulder.

受過航空或潛艇訓練合格的海軍軍官，應在左胸佩帶航空徽或潛艇徽，以便識別。

穿軍便服時，必須依規定配戴指定領章、襪子、鞋子和領帶；陸戰隊軍官另有黃領帶、黑襪、黃皮靴要求。

海軍官兵在服輪機及船工勤務時，可以穿工作服。

持有勳章、獎章或紀念章者，穿大禮服、禮服，或依第十五條、第十六條改穿軍常服時，應依式佩帶；穿公服或軍常服時，得佩勳獎表。

海軍學員受訓期間的服裝制式，原則上與原有服裝相同；如另有規定，依另行規定辦理。

Navy student clothing is divided into three types: service uniform, casual uniform, and work uniform.

This provision lists the occasions when Navy students, noncommissioned officers, and soldiers use the dress uniform.

海軍士官、士兵在穿軍常服或軍便服時，無論冬夏都要穿黑襪、黑皮鞋；陸戰隊士官、士兵要穿黑襪、黃皮靴。

海軍軍官及學生要用黑皮腿裹；上士以下要用白帆布綁腿。

海軍及海軍陸戰隊士官、士兵如受有勳章、獎章、紀念章，參加大典時應佩帶；在校閱日、公假日或外勤時得佩帶勳獎表。

Navy officers and soldiers are to distinguish their branch and rank by sleeve, shoulder, collar, or arm insignia.

Certain Navy senior petty officers and Marine/Navy enlisted personnel may wear year-of-service insignia or bands if they meet the stated service and performance conditions.

值勤官員、士官、士兵要依規定穿著當日服裝；艦艇進出港時，艙面其他人員也要照規定穿著。

海軍值更官兵通常須穿當日服裝並攜帶所需望遠鏡；天氣寒冷時，還可以帶手套並穿外衣。

海軍士官、士兵在值小艇勤務時，必須穿救生服。

當本條例所規定的服裝在與外國交際上不適用時，可由海軍資深官臨時指定。

國防部負責訂定國際性禮儀所需儀隊服裝的規定。
