新式戰機採購特別條例

This provision states the act’s purpose: to meet defense needs by gradually procuring high-performance new fighter aircraft, strengthening air force combat capability, improving joint operations effectiveness, safeguarding national security and regional peace and stability, and balancing defense self-reliance with domestic economic development.

本條例的主管機關是國防部。

This provision defines “new fighter aircraft procurement” as procurement activities by the competent authority, its subordinate agencies/institutions, and military units that have been approved by the Executive Yuan.

本條規定本條例經費上限為新臺幣二千五百億元，原則上以特別預算編列，但匯率變動造成超過上限的部分可改以總預算編列。

審計機關應依法就本條例所列預算的執行情形辦理審計。

本條例自公布日起施行，並於中華民國一百十五年十二月三十一日止。
