海空戰力提升計畫採購特別條例

This provision says the law is enacted to speed up defense procurement and strengthen national defense capabilities.

本條例的主管機關是國防部。

This provision defines “海空戰力提升計畫採購” as certain approved procurements managed by the competent authority, its subordinate agencies or organizations, and the armed forces.

審計機關要依法審計本條例所列預算執行；主管機關要在每年5月底前向立法院提交上一年度採購執行進度及次年支用規劃的書面報告，並在本條例施行屆滿後次年5月底前提出實施成效總結報告。

本條例自公布日開始施行，並持續有效至中華民國一百十五年十二月三十一日。
