財政部國有財產局組織條例

第五條至第九條所列的官等職等人員，其職務適用的職系，應依公務人員任用法第八條規定選用。

本局得因業務需要在重要地區設辦事處；其組織由法律規定。

本局對外公文原則上以財政部名義行之；但在依法令監督事項、依部指示轉知事項，或其他經報部核准事項，得由局自行行文。

本條例自公布日施行。

財政部國有財產局負責掌理國有財產相關事項。

本局設有接收保管組、管理處分組、改良利用組、資訊室及法制室，並可分科辦事。

本局設置秘書室，由其負責文書、印信、出納、庶務、議事、編印、核稿、研究發展、管制考核及其他未歸屬各組室的事項。

本局設局長一人，副局長一人或二人，分別負責綜理與協助辦理局務。
