財政部各地區支付處組織通則

This general regulation is made under Article 13 of the National Treasury Act.

This provision lists the staffing numbers and grade bands for district payment offices.

各地區支付處的一、二等處要設人事室；三等處要配置一名人事管理員，並在本通則規定的員額內派充所需工作人員。

各地區支付處應設會計室，並設主任一人；會計室負責法定的集中支付會計、統計及本處經費的歲計、會計事項。

第七條至第十二條所定各職稱人員，其職位職系應依公務職位分類法及職系說明書，從指定的相關職系中選用。

Each district payment office must draft its operating procedures and submit them to the Ministry of Finance for approval.

本通則自公布日開始施行。
