財政部證券暨期貨管理委員會組織條例

財政部為管理和監督證券交易、發行及期貨交易，設置證券暨期貨管理委員會。

For personnel listed in Articles 5 to 9 with ranks and grades, the service series for their duties must be selected according to Article 8 of the Civil Service Appointment Act.

本會可以聘用對證券、期貨、財務或法律有專門研究的人員擔任顧問或研究員。

本會對外公文原則上應以財政部名義行之，但三類事項可由本會自行行文。

會應擬訂會議事規則、辦事細則，並報請財政部核定。

本條例自公布日開始施行。

本會負責證券與期貨相關核准、核定、許可、管理、監督及其他管理事項，並可將部分審核、檢查、調查工作委託其他單位辦理。

本會設八組及稽核室、法務室、資訊室，分別負責前條所列事項，且各組、室可以再分科辦事。

本會設秘書室，負責文書、印信、議事、事務、出納及其他未歸屬各組、室的事項。

本會應設人事室，並配置主任一人；人事室依法辦理人事管理事項，所需工作人員在本條例員額內派充。

本會設會計室，並置會計主任一人；會計主任依法辦理歲計、會計及兼辦統計事項。

本會應設政風室，並在法定員額內派充所需人員。
