財政部金融局組織條例

本條例係依財政部組織法第十六條之一制定。

本局得因業務需要設辦事處；其組織由法律規定。

This provision says certain listed civil-service positions must meet appointment qualification requirements under the Civil Service Appointment Act, and their job series must be selected under Article 8 of that Act.

本局因業務需要，可以依聘用人員聘用條例聘用具金融、銀行、法律或資訊事務專門研究的人員，擔任顧問或研究員。

The bureau must issue external official documents in the name of the Ministry of Finance, but it may issue documents itself for listed matters.

本局要擬訂本局辦事細則，並報請財政部核定。

This provision says the条例 takes effect on the date it is published.

本局負責管理、規劃、審核、檢查及處理金融相關事項。

本局設六組，並可以分科辦事。

本局設秘書室，由其負責文書、印信、議事、事務、出納及其他未歸屬各組、室的事項。

本局設局長一人及副局長二人，分別負責綜理和襄理局務。

本局應設人事室，配置一名主任，並在法定員額內派充所需工作人員。

本局設有會計室，並配置一名會計主任，依法律規定辦理歲計及會計事項。

本局應設統計室，配置一名統計主任，並在法定員額內派充所需人員。
