財政部各區鹽務辦事處組織條例

This provision states that the regulation is made under Article 13 of the Organization Act of the Finance Ministry Salt Affairs Bureau.

各區鹽務辦事處的辦事細則，由鹽務總局擬訂，並呈請財政部核定。

本條例自公布日起施行。

各區鹽務辦事處隸屬財政部，並受鹽務總局指揮監督。

Each district salt affairs office must have one director, and the director supervises the office staff and guards. In busy areas, one deputy director may be appointed to assist.

Each district salt affairs office has specified sections for operations, finance, police, and general affairs; in simpler districts, some sections may be combined.

各區鹽務辦事處的人員編制有固定名額；在行政及業務簡單的地區，編制另有較少的人數配置。

各區鹽務辦事處應配置1名會計員，以及1名或2名助理員。

Each district salt office must appoint one statistician.

各區鹽務辦事處要配置一名人事管理員。

各區鹽務辦事處因行政或業務需要，可以在轄區內申准設置分處；分處組織由財政部擬訂，並呈請行政院核定。
