民國二十三年六釐英金庚款公債條例

政府為完成粵漢鐵路、補充建築基金，由財政部會同鐵道部發行一種名為「民國二十三年六釐英金庚款公債」的公債。

本條把公債債票分為三種面額：50鎊、100鎊和1,000鎊。

本公債債票由財政部部長會同鐵道部部長簽字發行。

This bond certificate is bearer-form and may be freely traded or pledged.

本公債持票人除可依本公債條例享有各項權利外，不得對粵漢鐵路已成或未成各段主張任何權利。

If anyone forges or damages the credit of this public bond, the judicial authorities will punish them according to law.

This provision states that the government bond amount is 1.5 million pounds sterling and that it was issued on 1 June 1934.

This bond is issued at 96% of face value.

The bond’s annual interest rate is set at six li, and interest is paid twice a year on January 1 and July 1.

The bond’s principal is repaid in installments: the first repayment period runs until 1925-01-01, then repayment occurs every six months, and all principal and interest must be fully repaid by 1937-01-01.

The bond’s principal and interest are to be repaid and handled through the designated bank and bond fund account.

本條設置基金保管委員會負責保管本公債應付本息基金，並由財政部、鐵道部會同擬訂其組織規程，呈行政院核准備案。

財政部、鐵道部可委託中英庚款公債基金保管委員會辦理本公債還本付息事宜，並指定中央、中國、交通、匯豐四銀行為經付本息機關。

這條規定該公債只能用於第一條所定用途，不得挪作他用，並要求設置債款保管委員會辦理收存。
