民國三十八年黃金短期公債條例

政府為了鼓勵儲蓄、吸收游資、穩定金融和平衡預算，發行名為「民國三十八年黃金短期公債」的公債。

本公債還本付息由中央銀行及其委託的銀行擔任經理機關。

本公債可在各地市場公開銷售，也可以由中央銀行組織銀團承銷。

The bond’s principal and interest are to be paid in gold at face value.

Government bond interest is set at 0.04 per month from the issue date, paid together with principal; if total interest is under 5市錢, it is paid using the Central Bank’s remittance exchange quotation in 金圓券.

The public bond repayment period is two years from issuance, with monthly redemption by lottery and interest paid on winning bonds.
