民國三十八年整理美金公債條例

政府為整理舊發外幣債券而發行公債，並將其定名為「民國三十八年整理美金公債」。

This provision sets the repayment schedule for different public bond certificates: principal starts being repaid at the beginning of the fifth interest period, then every six months, with Type A repaid in 10 years, Type B in 15 years, and Type C in 25 years.

財政部 must 按期預先撥交公債還本付息所需數額，由國庫外匯項下專款存入國債基金監理委員會備付。

本條指定中央銀行及其委託銀行作為公債還本付息的經理機關。

持票人須在規定的掉換期間內，將舊發外幣債券送至當地經理銀行申請掉換；掉換起訖日期由財政部公告。

This bond certificate is bearer form and cannot be reported lost.

公債債票可以自由買賣、抵押；在公務上需要繳納保證金時，也可以作為替代品，並可作為金融業的保證準備金。

如果有人對本公債偽造或毀損信用，司法機關將依法懲治。

本條例自公布日起施行。

This provision sets the total public bond amount at USD 136 million and allocates fixed amounts for three bond classes: A, B, and C.

This provision sets the bond interest rate at annual interest of three li and gives different interest start dates for the A, B, and C bonds.
