民國二十三年第一期鐵路建設公債條例

鐵道部為興築新路與整理舊路計劃，第一期發行公債一千二百萬元，專款用於玉萍鐵路，名稱為民國二十三年第一期鐵路建設公債。

This bond pays interest only for the first two periods, then starts repaying principal by lottery in the stated amounts schedule from June 30, 1935, and must be fully repaid by December 31, 1942.

鐵道部負責委託公債基金保管委員會辦理本公債的還本付息事宜，並指定中央、中國、交通三銀行作為經付本息機關。

鐵道部 must 按月把依還本付息表的數額存入基金保管委員會指定的銀行專戶，用於公債到期支付。

This provision creates a public debt fund custody committee, says it is responsible for keeping the fund, and requires the Railway Ministry to draft the committee’s rules for Executive Yuan approval.

This bond may only be used for the purpose stated in Article 1 and must not be used for anything else.
