第二期鐵路建設公債條例

鐵道部為推動新路興築和舊路整理計劃，發行二千七百萬元公債，作為玉萍鐵路南萍段專用，並定名為第二期鐵路建設公債。

This provision sets public bond face values at 10,000 and 1,000.

本公債是無記名式，可以自由買賣、抵押；在公務上需要繳納保證金時，也可以作為擔保品或銀行的保證準備金。

If someone forges or damages the credit of this public bond, the judicial authorities will punish that conduct according to law.

This provision says the regulation takes effect on the date it is promulgated.

本公債於民國二十五年二月一日發行。

This public bond is issued at 98% of its face value.

The public bond carries annual interest of six li, calculated on face value, and interest is paid twice a year at the end of June and the end of December starting from the issue date.

本公債自民國二十五年六月三十日起，按還本付息表所定數額，採抽籤方式分期還本；並應在每次還本期前二十日舉行抽籤。

鐵道部可委託公債基金保管委員會辦理公債還本付息，並指定中央、中國、交通三銀行為經付本息機關。

鐵道部要把公債還本付息所需款項，按月存入公債基金保管委員會指定的銀行專戶，作為到期給付之用。

公債基金保管委員會負責保管本公債基金；其組織規程由鐵道部擬訂，並送行政院核定。

This public bond must not be used for any purpose other than the one it was issued for.
