民國二十六年京贛鐵路建設公債條例

為修築宣城至貴溪鐵路，財政部與鐵道部共同發行一種指定名稱的公債。

本公債債票分為千元和五百元兩種面額。

This public bond certificate is bearer-form and may be freely sold, pledged, used instead of a required security deposit for public business, and used as bank reserve collateral.

People who forge or damage the credit of this public bond are to be punished by the judicial authorities according to law.

This provision says the regulation takes effect on the date it is promulgated.

The public bond amount is set at 14 million in national currency.

This bond is to be issued on 1 January in the 26th year of the Republic of China at 98% of face value.

The bond’s annual interest rate is set at six fen, and interest is paid twice a year on June 30 and December 31.

This provision sets a 10-year public bond repayment schedule and says principal is repaid in specified amounts on June 30 and December 31 each year until fully paid by December 31, 1935.

本條規定公債還本付息基金的來源，以及鐵道部按月撥付、不足時補足的義務。

This provision creates the fund custody committee and sets who appoints its members. It also says the railway ministry drafts the committee’s rules and submits them to the Executive Yuan for approval and filing.

本公債的還本付息事宜由本公債基金保管委員會辦理，並指定中央銀行作為經付本息機關。

The bond may be used only for the purpose stated in Article 1 and must not be used for any other purpose.
