臺灣鐵路電氣化工程建設公債發行條例

This provision authorizes the Taiwan Provincial Government to issue construction bonds for railway electrification and related development needs.

本公債各期債票利息所得，不免徵所得稅。

Public bond certificates that are still unclaimed five years after the end of the fiscal year of the last principal-and-interest payment opening date will not be redeemed.

本公債債票原則上可以自由買賣、質押，並可作為公務上的保證；但記名債票要先向原經售機構辦理過戶手續後，才可以這樣處理。

This provision sets the bond issuance amount at NT$6.2 billion and allows the provincial government to approve each issuance date and amount based on construction progress, with recordation to the Executive Yuan.

省政府可以依需要決定本公債各期債票面額的大小。

省政府要報請行政院核定本公債各期債票利息；自發行日起，每六個月付息一次。

本公債各期債票的償還期限為七年；自第六期付息起開始還本，並以每年平均還本一次的方式，分五年全部還清。

Each bond certificate is issued in bearer form, but the purchaser may apply for registered form at the time of purchase.

本公債債票遺失、被竊或滅失時，不得掛失止付；但記名債票的記名人可以向原經售機構辦理掛失並申請補發。

本公債各期債票的還本與付息，列入臺灣省各年度地方總預算，並預期撥交經理銀行儲存撥付。
