中國農民銀行條例

中國農民銀行被描述為經中央政府特許成立的農業專業銀行，並依股份有限公司組織設立。

The bank must have 15 directors, with directors elected by the shareholders’ meeting from among the shareholders. It must also have 7 executive directors, elected by the directors, and one of the executive directors is elected chairperson.

本行設監察人五人並組織監察人會；監察人由股東會自股東中選任，任期三年且得連選連任；另設常駐監察人一人，由監察人互選，任期與監察人相同。

監察人會可以把全部或部分職權授權給常駐監察人；常駐監察人處理後，應向監察人會報告。

本行設總經理1人、副總經理1至3人，須經董事長提經董事會同意，並報請財政部核准後聘任。

本行總管理處應設於中華民國中央政府所在地，並可設立分支機構。

本行可以經營列舉的業務，包括存款、農業放款與保證、國內外匯兌與貨物押匯、投資農業生產運銷事業、農業性證券認購承銷與保證，以及協助受授信或投資事業改進生產技術與管理；其他業務須經財政部核定或中央銀行特許。

本行投資農業生產運銷事業有上限，且先經董事會通過後才能辦理；經財政部核准者不受總額30%限制。

This provision allows receiving deposits from funds related to agricultural development and using farmers’ associations and agricultural credit organizations to جذب rural funds for agricultural credit and related household finance work.

本行對農業放款的金額，不能低於放款總額的一定比率；該比率由中央主管機關訂定。

本行經財政部核准後，可以在國內外發行金融債券以籌措資金。
