銀行業戰前存款放款清償條例

戰前成立且尚未清償的普通存款、儲蓄存款、信託存款及放款，應依本條例清償。

This provision says the regulation takes effect on the day it is公布.

Unpaid wartime time deposits or loans must be settled under different formulas depending on whether they were made before or after the stated cutoff dates.

符合條件的戰前活期存款未清償餘額，利息要依前條折半計算；但三十年十二月九日以後仍有收付的，則依原約計算，不能適用本條例。

This provision sets repayment rates based on the amount involved: up to 2,000, from 2,001 to 5,000, and above 5,001.

銀行業的戰前存款或放款，如果到本條例公布之日還沒有到期，就視為已到期。

Banking businesses must settle pre-war deposits or loans that are still unpaid under this ordinance, and they may not use the ordinance to claim compensation for amounts already repaid.

銀行應在本條例公布後一個月內結算依本條例計算之本息，並通知債權人提取；未提取者停止給息。

This provision says interest on certain loans and deposits is to remain according to the original agreement.

After this provision is promulgated, the settlement of bank deposits and loans is not subject to Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions for Civil Litigation Proceedings after Retrocession.
