About this statute

A credit cooperative may form a national federation with central competent authority permission, and the authority supervises it; the federation’s bylaws and amendments must be submitted for approval. Credit union members may withdraw at year end, but must ask in writing three months in advance. The bylaws may extend that notice period, and the credit union must return share capital within three months after the members’ representative assembly approves the resolution.
