國立臺灣科學教育館組織條例

國立臺灣科學教育館隸屬教育部，負責推行通俗科學教育並輔導中等以下學校與社會教育機構推動科學教育。

國立臺灣科學教育館應擬訂辦事細則，並呈請教育部核定。

國立臺灣科學教育館應設置一名會計主任，負責依法辦理歲計、會計事務，並兼辦統計事務。

國立臺灣科學教育館應設置1名人事管理員，由委任方式任用，並依法辦理人事管理事務。

國立臺灣科學教育館因業務需要，得酌用雇員三人至五人。

國立臺灣科學教育館在必要時，可以報請教育部核准設置各種專門委員會，並聘請專家擔任委員；這些委員是無給職。
