國立教育廣播電臺分臺組織通則

This provision states that these rules are made under Article 9 of the National Education Radio organization statute.

本通則自公布日起施行。

分臺依發射涵蓋區人口數分為甲種或乙種；各分臺都必須加上所在地名稱。

分臺負責處理社區節目、地方新聞、相關機器設備與行政管理事項。

分臺設分臺長一人，負責綜理分臺事務並指揮監督所屬人員。

This provision sets the staffing complements and grade levels for type-A and type-B branch offices, and allows editors and interviewers in the first two items to be appointed under the Education Personnel Appointment Act.

分臺應設人事管理員，並可由適當人員兼任或兼辦人事管理事項。

分臺要設會計員，並由適當人員兼任或兼辦，依法處理歲計、會計及統計事項。

第四條至第七條所定的有官等職等人員，其職務適用的職系，依公務人員任用法第八條規定選用。

分臺要擬訂分臺辦事細則，並報請國立教育廣播電臺核定。
