行政院體育委員會組織條例

行政院為統籌國家體育事務，特設行政院體育委員會。

本會設主任委員1人，負責綜理會務；副主任委員2或3人，協助會務。

本會委員會議每月舉行一次；必要時可以召開臨時會議。主任委員如不能出席，應指定一名副主任委員代理。

本會應設人事室，配置一名主任，並在法定員額內補充其餘工作人員。

本會設會計室，並設一名會計主任負責歲計、會計及統計事項；其餘人員由本條例所定員額內派充。

Persons listed in Article 10 and Articles 13–15 with an official rank or grade must have the service series for their duties selected in accordance with Article 8 of the Civil Service Employment Act.

本會在業務需要時，可以設立運動訓練機構；其組織另由法律規定。

本會因業務需要，得依規定聘用研究員、副研究員及助理研究員共十人至十五人。

本會應設置身心障礙國民運動委員會，並在法定員額內派充所需工作人員。

本會是全國體育行政主管機關，並負有監督、輔導省（巿）、縣（巿）政府執行其主管事務的責任。

本會因業務需要，可報請行政院核准設置各種委員會，並應在本條例所定員額內派充所需工作人員。

本會應擬訂本會辦事細則，並報請行政院核定。

綜合計畫處負責辦理體育政策、會議、基金、人才培訓、宣導、研考與資訊業務等事項。

全民運動處負責規劃、推動、協調、聯繫、輔導與監督多項全民運動相關事項。

競技運動處負責規劃、推動、協調與管理多項競技運動相關業務。

國際體育處負責國際體育相關事項的統籌管理。

運動設施處負責運動設施相關政策規劃、管理、輔導、監督與協調等事項。

秘書室負責處理議事、文書、印信、出納、庶務、公共關係，以及其他不屬於各處、室的事項。
