國立中國醫藥研究所組織條例

The National Chinese Medicine Research Institute is under the Ministry of Education and is responsible for Chinese medicine research, experiments, and development.

本條規定，列於第5、6、8、9條的具官等職等人員，其職務適用的職系，應依公務人員任用法第8條選用相關職系。

本所可以因業務需要聘請具中國醫藥研究與經驗的專家擔任顧問，且為無給職。

本所為學術研究及實驗需要，可以設中醫醫院或中醫診所，也可以與學校、教學醫院及有關機構合作。

本所應擬訂本所辦事細則，並報請教育部核定。

本所設立五個研究組，分別負責處理前條所列事項。
