國立邊疆文化教育館組織條例

國立邊疆文化教育館隸屬教育部，並負責邊疆文化教育研究及發展事務。

The National Borderlands Culture and Education Museum is organized into three sections: Research, Compilation, and Cultural Relics.

國立邊疆文化教育館設館長一人，由簡派方式任用，負責綜理館務並監督所屬職員。

國立邊疆文化教育館的人員編制與聘任方式：組主任3人、研究員6人、編纂6人；助理研究員5人、編譯5人，其中各2人為薦派，其餘為委派。

國立邊疆文化教育館應設秘書一人、幹事四人，並可酌用雇員三至五人。

國立邊疆文化教育館應設置一名會計員，負責歲計、會計與統計事務。

國立邊疆文化教育館每年年度終了時，應製作全年工作概況與下年度工作計畫的報告書及計畫書，並送教育部備案。

This provision says the act takes effect on the date it is promulgated.
