國立中正紀念堂管理處組織法

文化部為辦理特定紀念文物資料蒐集、典藏、展覽及藝文推廣業務，設立國立中正紀念堂管理處。

本處負責辦理與先總統蔣公紀念、藝文研究推廣、作品典藏管理及公共設施維護等事項。

本法的施行日期由行政院以命令 तय定。
