About this statute
The Ministry of Education establishes the National Education Radio Station to handle nationwide educational broadcasting. 本臺負責掌理教育政策、教育廣播、學校廣播教育、社會教育及公共服務等事項。 本臺設臺長一人及副臺長一人，並分別列簡任第十二職等與第十一職等；臺長在必要時得比照專科學校校長以上資格聘任。 各職稱的官等、職等和員額，另由編制表規定。 本法的施行日期由行政院以命令決定。
