師資培育法

This law is enacted to cultivate teachers for senior secondary schools and below and kindergartens, increase the supply of teachers, and improve their professional knowledge.

符合條件者才能參加教師資格考試；通過考試後，才能向師資培育之大學申請半年全時教育實習。中央主管機關也負責訂定相關辦法，並可補助特定考生的報名費。

符合資格的人，由師資培育之大學造冊送中央主管機關，辦理教師證書發給。

符合條件的人可免參加教師資格檢定；中央主管機關並應依規定發給該類科教師證書。

中央主管機關辦理教師資格考試時，應設教師資格考試審議會，且委員中至少要有一位原住民族教育專業學者專家；必要時，也可以委託學校或相關機關（構）辦理。

公費生畢業後，應到偏遠或特殊地區學校服務；辦理國家語言公費生培育的大學，應依主管機關需求開設相關課程。

取得教師證書而想從事教職的人，原則上應參加與其資格相符的學校或幼兒園辦理的教師公開甄選；公費生則依前條規定分發。

師資培育之大學必須設置實習就業輔導單位，辦理教育實習、協助畢業生就業，並推動地方教育輔導工作。

主管機關應督導教育實習相關事宜，並提供必要經費及協助。

師資培育之大學在辦理師資職前教育課程及教育實習時，收取費用的項目、用途和數額不得超過中央主管機關規定，且要先報中央主管機關核定後才能實施。

This provision defines which authority counts as the competent authority: the Ministry of Education at the central level, the municipal government in a special municipality, and the county/city government in a county or city.

中央主管機關得協調師資培育之大學辦理師資職前教育課程；符合條件並通過相關教學演示者，得免修教育實習。

符合條件者，中央主管機關應發給修畢師資職前教育證明；相關認定與收費標準由中央主管機關訂定。
