社會教育法

社會教育的宗旨是實施全民教育及終身教育。

Social education personnel are appointed in accordance with the Educator Appointment Act.

各級政府應籌措社會教育經費，並在教育預算中單列科目；偏遠及貧瘠地區的社會教育機構經費由上級政府補助。

各級政府可以依財力和社會需要，設立或核准設立列舉的社會教育機構。

社會教育機構的設立、變更或停辦，依機構層級分別由教育部審查決定、由主管機關報請教育部備案，或先經地方機關核准再轉報教育部備案。

私立社會教育機構須依前條規定先核准立案，並辦理財團法人登記。

各級學校可以兼辦社會教育；相關辦法由教育部訂定。
