家庭教育法

This provision states the law’s purpose: to improve family life knowledge, family relationships, and family functioning, and it says any matters not covered here follow other related laws.

推展家庭教育的機關、機構、學校、法人及團體，可以徵訓志願工作人員協助推展家庭教育。

各級主管機關必須為推展家庭教育的機關、機構、學校、法人、團體的人員及志願工作人員提供各種進修課程或訓練。

家庭教育推展應以多元、彈性、符合終身學習為原則；各級主管機關要把相關資料提供給醫療機構、國小和戶政機關，再由這些機構依權責提供給特定家長與辦理登記的人。

高級中等以下學校每學年要在正式課程外安排至少四小時的家庭教育課程及活動；各級主管機關也要積極鼓勵相關大專校院把家庭教育課程列為必修或通識課程。

中央主管機關得視需要研訂家庭教育服務的優先對象與措施並推動；必要時，也可委託地方主管機關及相關機關、機構、學校、法人、團體辦理。

學校在學生有重大違規事件時，應立即通知家長、監護人或實際照顧者，並提供家庭教育諮商或輔導服務。

The social affairs competent authority may refer people with assessed family-education needs to agencies, institutions, schools, juristic persons, or groups that provide family education courses, counseling, or guidance services.

中央主管機關可以委託相關機構或學校，研發各類家庭教育的課程、教材和服務方案。

各級主管機關應籌措家庭教育經費、在教育經費預算內編列專款，並積極推展家庭教育。

各級主管機關應訂定獎助事項，並由其訂定獎助辦法，以鼓勵相關機關、學校、法人及團體推展家庭教育。

Certain family education organizations and schools must support staff training, and specific staff must complete annual family-education professional training hours.
