藝術教育法

This provision states that arts education aims to cultivate artistic talent and improve the public’s arts appreciation, aesthetic literacy, creativity, spiritual life, and cultural level.

符合條件的藝術類學校及相關大專院校可在校內設置實習、展演、研究等單位與場所；相關設立與管理辦法由學校擬訂後報主管教育行政機關核定，設立經費也可向上級主管教育行政機關申請補助。

藝術類學校及設有藝術系所、藝術才能班的學校，學生入學資格與修業年限依相關法令辦理；具特殊藝術才能且經甄試通過者，得降低入學年齡、放寬資格並縮短修業年限。

這條規定這類藝術班學生入學要採鑑定方式辦理，家長需申請登記，而且不受學區限制。

藝術類科（班）學生如果因故無法繼續就讀，或經學校會議認定適應不佳，原就讀學校得輔導其轉入普通班或轉校就讀。

Schools offering professional arts education or art talent classes must make the curriculum professionally focused and align related arrangements with the needs of the art field.

各級主管教育行政機關應編列專款，推動各級學校辦理專業藝術教育活動。

School general arts education aims to build students’ arts knowledge, improve appreciation, enrich life interest, and inspire artistic potential.

中央主管教育行政機關應協助地方政府以共聘、巡迴輔導或其他方式，充實偏遠及小型學校的藝術領域專業教師；必要時，還可以補助經費。

各級學校應落實藝術科目教學，開設藝術與藝術欣賞課程，並強化教材教法；藝術欣賞課程並應列為高級中等以下學校共同必修，教育部並負責統一訂定課程標準。

Artists or professional art groups may apply to schools for resident placement by providing qualification proof, unless the schools have already proactively requested applications.

各級學校應充實藝術教育設施、改善校園環境，辦理藝術活動，鼓勵校內藝術社團，並善用地區藝術資源、加強與藝術機構交流，以提升一般藝術教育品質。

各級主管教育行政機關應編列專款，支應各級學校辦理一般藝術教育活動。

教育部有權訂定本法施行細則。

教育主管機關應獎助藝術與美感教育成效優異的機構、團體或個人；學校應宣導並落實尊重藝術教育活動作品的智慧財產權。

主管教育行政機關必須督導所轄高級中等以下學校，依課程綱要安排並教授藝術教育課程；未依規定辦理的，還要限期改善並追蹤輔導。

本條列出可辦理學校專業藝術教育的學校類型；其中第二款所列學校在教學需要時，經主管教育行政機關許可後，可以實施一貫制學制。

高級中等以下學校經核准後，可以設立藝術才能班；教育部負責訂定設立標準。
