行政院青年輔導委員會組織條例

行政院為統籌全國青年輔導事務，設置青年輔導委員會。

本會每三個月開一次委員會議；會議由主任委員主持，主任委員不能出席時由副主任委員代理，必要時可以召開臨時會議。

This provision lists the council’s staff posts and the number of each post, together with the grade range attached to each post.

本會應設人事室，並配置一名主任；人事室人員也要在本條例所定員額內任用。

This provision sets up an accounting office, requires one director at grade 6 to 9, and assigns the office budget, accounting, and statistics work.

本會因業務需要並經行政院核准後，得聘任顧問1至2人及研究委員5至7人；其中研究委員2人得專任，其餘為兼任，且為無給職。

第十一條至第十三條所定各職稱人員，其職位職系應依公務職位分類法及職系說明書，從指定的職系中選用。

本會因業務需要，可報經行政院核准設置各種委員會，並可聘請本會以外人員參加；所需辦事人員也可在本條例員額內調用。

本會因業務需要，得報經行政院核准設立青年訓練及服務機構；所需人員應在本條例所定員額內調用。

本會的會議規則和辦事細則由會擬訂，並報請行政院核定。

本條例在公布日生效。

本會設置第一處、第二處、第三處、第四處及秘書室。

第一處負責處理青年創辦工業、工商服務、工業區，以及農林漁牧事業和創業後的申請、輔導與服務事項。

第二處負責辦理大專院校畢業青年與服完兵役青年相關的就業登記、推介、媒合、輔導與技能培養等事項。

The Third Office is responsible for listed matters about overseas scholars, students, and related services.

The Fourth Office is responsible for handling the listed youth-related matters.

秘書室負責辦理列出的事項，並可以分科辦事。

本條規定本會設主任委員一人與副主任委員一人，並說明其職等與分工。

This provision sets the committee at 15 to 19 members, says the members serve without pay, and gives the Executive Yuan power to appoint them from specified categories of people.
