法務部法醫研究所組織法

法務部為處理法醫鑑驗、人員培訓及法醫科技研究發展事項，設立法醫研究所。

本所負責法醫相關事項，包括勘驗、檢驗、鑑定、研究、對地方檢察署的法醫業務指導監督，以及法醫人員培訓。

本所各職稱的官等、職等與員額，另由編制表 تعیین。
