法務部行政執行署組織法

The Ministry of Justice establishes the Administrative Enforcement Agency to handle compulsory enforcement of public-law monetary payment obligations.

本署負責公法上金錢給付義務強制執行相關事項。

This provision requires the agency to have one director and one deputy director, and both must meet the qualification requirements for appointment as an administrative executive officer.

This agency has a chief secretary post graded at senior civil service level 11.

本署在符合轄區業務需要時，可以設立分署。

本署各職稱的官等、職等及員額，另由編制表訂定。

本署可以借調實任司法官擔任特定職務，但借調前要報請司法院或法務部同意。

This provision sets qualifications for appointing administrative enforcement officers, requires some qualified candidates to pass screening and training, and lets the Ministry of Justice set the screening/training rules.

本法的施行日期由行政院以命令 تعیین。
