罰金罰鍰提高標準條例

當法律規定應處罰金或罰鍰時，原定數額得提高為二倍至十倍；但若法律已按一定比率規定金額或倍數，就依該規定。

主管院負責決定依本條例提高罰金、罰鍰的法律及其倍數。

If a punishment judgment was made before this amendment, any conversion of a fine or labor service after the amendment must use the standard stated in the original final judgment.

本條說明：修正後新制定的法律，不適用第一條所定可提高倍數的規定。

This provision says the statute takes effect on the publication date, and the amended provisions from April 28, 2006 take effect on July 1, 2006.
