經濟部工業局組織條例

本條說明本條例是依經濟部組織法第六條制定。

本局對外公文原則上要用經濟部名義，但特定事項可以由本局直接行文。

本局的辦事細則由本局擬訂，並報請經濟部核定。

經濟部工業局負責掌理本條列出的工業相關事項。

本局設有七組，負責前條列明的事項，並可再分科辦事。

秘書室負責文書、印信、出納、庶務、議事、檔案管理，以及其他各組室以外的事項。

The office has one director and two deputy directors, and their positions are classified at grades 10 to 14.

This provision lists the bureau’s staffing positions, headcounts, and grade ranges, and allows engineers to concurrently hold certain supervisor roles.

本局應設人事室，並依法律規定辦理人事管理事項。

本局應設會計室，置會計主任一人；會計主任依法律規定辦理歲計、會計事項，並兼辦統計事項。

第五條至第八條所定的各職稱人員，應依公務職位分類法及職系說明書，從列舉及其他相關職系中選用其職位職系。
