經濟部商品檢驗局所屬各分局組織通則

This general rule is made under Article 9 of the Ministry of Economic Affairs Commodity Inspection Bureau Organization Act.

第五條至第九條所定各職稱人員，其職位之職系，應依公務職位分類法及職系說明書，從列舉的相關職系中選用。

Each branch office must draft its office rules and submit them to the Bureau of Commodity Inspection for approval.

This provision says the rule starts to लागू on the date it is published.

經濟部商品檢驗局所屬各分局負責辦理農產品、畜水產品、農產加工品與工礦產品的檢驗及相關檢疫，並處理報驗、發證、檢查、總務、文書與出納等事項。

各分局可以設置二課至六課，負責分掌前條各款所定事項。

各分局依業務繁簡分為一、二、三等，並應標明所在地名稱。

Each branch must have one branch chief and one deputy branch chief.

一等分局 must have specified staffing numbers and grade levels for listed positions, with a limited option to assign some technician and clerk posts to the 6th or 7th grade.

This provision sets the number of staff positions and the grade ranges for a second-level branch office.

A third-tier sub-bureau is allocated specified numbers of staff in named positions, with each position placed in stated civil-service grade ranges.

二等分局要設人事室、會計室；三等分局要設置人事管理員、會計員，並依規定職等辦理相關事項。
