經濟部加工出口區管理處所屬各分處組織通則

This general regulation is made under Article 7 of the Export Processing Zone Establishment and Management Act.

Each branch office has one branch chief and one deputy branch chief, with stated rank levels and management duties.

Each branch office must set up four sections.

各分處應設秘書室，負責文書、庶務、出納及其他各課、室未涵蓋的事項。

Branch offices are divided into first- and second-class offices based on area size and business complexity, and each class must have the specified staffing complement.

各分處應設人事室與會計室，各室各置主任一人；相關工作人員並應在本通則員額內派充。

第2條、第5條及第6條所定人員，其職位職系應依公務職位分類法及職系說明書選用。

各分處要自行擬訂辦事細則，並送經濟部加工出口區管理處核定。

本通則自公布日開始施行。
