經濟部水資源統一規劃委員會組織條例

經濟部得依規定設立水資源統一規劃委員會，以統籌全國水資源的充分利用及綜合開發規劃。

The Water Resources Unified Planning Commission has a specified staffing structure with set numbers for chiefs, engineers, deputy engineers, assistant engineers, and technical staff.

This provision sets the staffing for the water resources unified planning committee, including the number and rank of secretaries, section chiefs, clerks, office workers, and optional employees.

水資源統一規劃委員會設會計室，並置主任一人，依法辦理歲計、會計及統計事務。

水資源統一規劃委員會應設人事室，並配置1名主任及佐理人員。

Water Resources Unified Planning Committee may, as needed for its work, seek approval from the Ministry of Economic Affairs to hire one or two consultants, one compiler, and one specialist commissioner.

水資源統一規劃委員會可以設置水工試驗室。

水資源統一規劃委員會可以接受外界委託，承辦測繪規劃及專題研究工作；所需經費也可以用合約方式處理。

水資源統一規劃委員會應擬訂議事規則與辦事細則，並呈請經濟部核定。

This provision says the ordinance takes effect on the date it is promulgated.

The Water Resources Unified Planning Committee has one chairperson, who manages committee affairs and directs and supervises its staff.

The committee has 9 to 11 unpaid members, appointed by the Minister of Economic Affairs from agency heads and experts/scholars. Committee meetings review important matters, and the chair presides; if the chair is absent, the attending members choose one person to chair.

The committee has one chief engineer who carries out planning work under the chairperson’s instructions, and one deputy chief engineer who assists with technical planning.

水資源統一規劃委員會設有測繪組、計畫組、試驗組及秘書室，且各組可以再分科辦事。

測繪組負責辦理水文觀測分析、地形測量繪圖、地質探查試驗、工程材料調查、器材運用保管、專門問題研究及水利人員訓練。

計畫組負責辦理列出的水利計畫與相關規劃、研究、編印及國際技術合作事項。

試驗組負責辦理水工原理、模型試驗、泥沙、土壤分析及水工儀器研製等事項。

秘書室負責辦理總務、機要、圖書、資料搜集保管及交辦事項。
