經濟部國際貿易局所屬各辦事處組織通則

This general rule is issued under Article 5-1 of the Organization Act for the Bureau of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Affairs.

第六條至第九條所定各職稱人員，其職位職系應依公務職位分類法及職系說明書，從指定及相關職系中選用。

各辦事處應擬訂辦事細則，並報請經濟部國際貿易局核定。

本通則自公布日開始施行。

國際貿易局所屬各辦事處負責各自轄區內的出口、進口與投資相關商品審核、發證及監督事項。

各辦事處依業務繁簡分為一、二等，設立與等次由經濟部國際貿易局報請經濟部核轉行政院核定；各辦事處並應標明所在地或區域名稱。

各辦事處應設二科或三科，並分掌第二條各款所列事項。

Each office must set up a secretariat office.

Each office must appoint one director, whose rank is grade 8 to 12.

This provision lists the staffing numbers and grade ranges for an office’s positions.

This provision lists the staffing complement for a second-class office and the grade levels assigned to each position.

各辦事處應設會計員與人事管理員各一人，並在法定員額內派充所需佐理人員。
