經濟部標準檢驗局所屬各分局組織通則

This rule states that the regulation is made under Article 16 of the Organization Act for the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Each branch office must establish an ethics office, appoint one director, and handle ethics matters according to law.

第六條至第十條所定、具有官等與職等的人員，其職務適用的職系，依公務人員任用法第八條選用相關職系。

各分局辦事細則由各分局擬訂，並報請經濟部標準檢驗局核定。

本通則的施行日期由行政院決定。

各分局負責辦理標準、度量衡、檢驗、品質保證及相關國際合作等事項。

各分局應設五課或六課，並分別負責前條所列事項。

Each branch office must have a secretarial office, and that office handles specified administrative matters.

各分局應設會計室，配置一名會計主任，並依法辦理歲計、會計及統計事項；其他所需人員應在本通則規定員額內派充。
