經濟部水利署各河川局組織通則

This provision states that the regulation is made under Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Water Resources Agency Organization Act.

第五條至第九條所定的列有官等、職等人員，對其職務適用的職系，要依公務人員任用法第八條的規定，選用有關職系。

各局應擬訂各自的辦事細則，並逐級報請經濟部核定。

本通則的施行日期由行政院以命令決定。

經濟部水利署所設第一至第十河川局，負責辦理水文、河川治理、排水治理、海岸防護、設施管理、工程及其他水利行政事項。

各局應設四課，並分別負責前一條列出的事項。

各局應設局長一人，並設副局長一人。

各局必須設人事室，並配置1名主任；其餘所需人員要在本通則定額內派充。

Each bureau must set up an ethics office, appoint one director, and assign the remaining needed staff within the staffing quota.
