石門水庫及其集水區整治特別條例

This provision states the条例 is made to protect Shimen Reservoir operations, conserve upstream catchment waters, improve water supply capacity, and safeguard public water-use interests, and that unspecified matters follow other laws.

中央主管機關、中央執行機關與地方執行機關分別負責石門水庫及其集水區治理相關工作，中央主管機關並須每年向立法院報告執行情形。

本條規定石門水庫及其集水區整治的適用範圍，並要求中央主管機關擬訂整治計畫、中央執行機關規劃各期執行計畫，以及各期實施計畫應充分公開資訊並建立與居民和專家的協商機制。

中央政府為支應前條經費，最高可編列新臺幣二百五十億元的特別預算。

中央主管機關為執行本條例，應組成石門水庫及其集水區整治推動小組；小組得配置專業專任人員協助。

地方執行機關在辦理第三條執行事項所需用地的相關變更時，應依規定辦理都市計畫變更；如涉及非都市土地使用變更，則依區域計畫法辦理。

集水區整治方案應納入攔砂壩處理、產業道路管制，以及石門水庫集水區的生態復育與相關整治措施。

This provision says the act takes effect from the date of promulgation and lasts for six years; the amended provisions from 16 November 1990 take effect on 25 December 1990.
