郵政儲金匯業局組織法

This provision states that the law is enacted pursuant to Article 9 of the Organization Act of the Directorate General of Posts, Ministry of Transportation and Communications.

本法自公布日施行。

郵政儲金匯業局負責辦理和管理所列的郵政儲金、劃撥、匯兌、簡易人壽保險、儲匯代辦及其他依法令應辦事項。

本局有權指揮監督全國各郵區及各地郵局辦理儲金、劃撥、匯兌與簡易人壽保險等業務。

本局設四處，分別負責第二條所列事項，並可以分科辦事；另設總務處，負責文書、事務、出納、印信典守、車輛管理及其他不屬於各處的事項。

This provision establishes one director, two deputy directors, and one chief auditor for the office, and assigns their main responsibilities.

本條列出本局各職稱的員額配置，並規定在審核、清理郵局相關營業帳目時，另設儲金、匯兌及簡易人壽保險工作員。

本局應設人事室與會計處，並依法律規定辦理相關事項；所需工作人員應在前條第一項所定員額內派充。

本局應設電子處理資料中心，並配置各職位的人數。

本局要擬訂辦事細則，並報郵政總局核定。
