交通部郵政總局郵區管理局組織通則

This provision states that the general rules are made under Article 10 of the Postal General Organization Act.

A first-class post office is staffed with specified numbers of managerial, clerical, and postal workers, and it also has one personnel manager and one accountant.

二等郵局的人員配置有最低與最高人數規定。

三等郵局應配置指定人員數量；如有業務需要，還可以增置一名管理員。

各級支局應配置指定數量的支局長、郵務工作員與儲匯工作員；業務特別繁重時，並可增置管理員並分股辦事。

In areas with especially heavy business activity, a mail-processing institution may be established if needed, with approval from the Ministry of Transportation.

各區局要擬訂區局辦事細則，並報郵政總局核定。

本通則自公布日施行。

郵區管理局負責辦理並督導區內郵件、儲匯、組織、人員、財務、設備、採購及便民服務等事項。

區局原則上設六科分工辦事；若是直接辦理所在地窗口營業及郵件處理作業的區局，得因業務需要增設一至五科。

區局設有秘書室，負責文書、議事、印信典守及其他不屬於各科的事項。

The district office has one director, one to three deputy directors, and one chief inspector to handle office affairs and inspect postal offices and branches in the district.

區局的人事室和會計室須依法律分別辦理人事、歲計、會計及統計事項；所需工作人員應在前條所定員額內派充。

區局可以依地方行政區域和業務需要設置不同等級的郵局與直屬支局；各等郵局也可以依業務繁簡分級。

特等郵局須配置本條列明的各級職務員額，並設人事室及會計室。
